Expression Style
Your Expression Style is the everyday face of your Expression. It reads the same number as your Expression, the full set of your natural abilities, but asks a different question of it: not what you are equipped to do, but how that capability comes across in ordinary interaction. It is the flavour of your communication, the impression you leave in a room, the way your presence registers before anyone knows your story.
How it’s calculated
Expression Style carries the same number as your Expression, drawn from every letter of your full birth name, summed and reduced to a single digit or a Master Number. Where the Expression describes the ability itself, the Expression Style reads that same number for how it shows up in daily life: the style rather than the substance.
What it reveals
Two people can share an ability and use it completely differently in a room. The Expression Style is that difference. A talent for organising can arrive as brisk and directive or as calm and steadying; a gift for words can land as playful or as exact. Your Expression Style describes the characteristic manner your abilities take on when you actually use them around other people.
Because it is about manner rather than capacity, it is one of the more visible parts of your chart. People meet your style long before they understand your abilities, and it shapes how your competence is received: whether the same good work reads as warm, sharp, easy, or intense.
Where it sits among your numbers
Expression Style belongs to the day-to-day layer of your chart, alongside your Attitude, the response you lead with, and your Birthday Number, the particular gift you bring. Together the three describe how you operate in practice. It is worth reading against your Personality too: the Personality is the first impression you make, drawn from a different set of letters, while the Expression Style is how your actual abilities feel in use. When the two agree, people read you consistently; when they differ, your presence and your working style can give off subtly different signals.
